Meet some of the team
Our staff are our biggest asset. We invest in them, both in work and out of it, as we believe a happy workforce is the key to a successful business. We aim to constantly empower the people who work for us through training and professional development.
My role at Trinity Scientific is to build partnerships and maintain great relationships with our customers. I am passionate about delivering the best possible service that myself and the team possibly can. I love to meet new people and learn about their business, their focus and what drives them.
I have worked in various technical roles within the pharmaceutical, healthcare and medical device sectors. Here at Trinity I get to bring all my experience together which is wonderful and I’m happy to be making a difference.
As an ultra-marathon runner, when not at work I’m usually to be found running, discovering new routes and training for my next race. It’s been suggested that I run to work and back but I’m not sure my customers would want to see me after that journey!
Being Quality Control Manager here at Trinity Scientific is both rewarding and challenging. I enjoy working with such a diverse group of customers and the challenges that they bring to the team. The QC team here are highly motivated and possess a variety of skills, meaning that we are well equipped to tackle the broad range of testing that comes our way.
My background is in Quality Control, starting as a QC analyst at Catalent, then Patheon where I was responsible for running dedicated testing suites for new clients, before coming to Trinity.
During my spare time I like to watch my favourite Football team Reading FC, where I am a season ticket holder. I also enjoy listening to music.
I’m the Technical Manager here at Trinity Scientific and head up the team responsible for method development, validation, verification, analytical method transfer, equipment validation and calibration activities. I started with Trinity Scientific as Technical Analyst in 2017 coming from SGS where I worked as a Senior Scientist in the Pharmaceutical and Extractables and Leachable teams. The majority of my pharmaceutical experience was at GSK where I worked for 9 years in a variety of roles in early and late phase inhaled and intranasal development and QC laboratory at the manufacturing site.
My passions within this area are analytical method development and improvement of laboratory processes because of the constant learning and development opportunities that both enable.
When I’m not at work I love to spend time with my young family, we are very active and are often found walking in the woods or playing and working in the garden! On the occasions I can find an hour to myself I like to escape from everything and head out for a run, enjoy a session at the gym or a salsa class.
I am the Group Quality Director and am a chemist as well as a Qualified Person. My experience in the pharmaceutical sector spans well over 20 years and covers a vast range of products and dosage forms.

Currently my focus outside of work is our new puppy – we are certainly being kept busy and are enjoying the great excuse to enjoy fresh air and the countryside.
My position at Trinity as a QA administrator requires me to have a strong command of regulatory guidelines. This role enables me to express my passion for organisation in a customer focused environment. I consider myself to be an open and personable team player and I try to live the DDD values in every aspect of my work.
When I am not supporting my colleagues with the day to day running of quality at Trinity I love to reconnect with family and friends and indulge in the odd takeout or two!
My role at Trinity Scientific is to manage customer and regulatory audits as well as management of technical agreements.
My great passion is improving GMP across the DDD sites and making sure that the high standard is maintained. I have many years’ experience working in Quality Assurance which has given me a great understanding of importance of GMP regulations. I get very excited about every small change which can make a big difference in the service that Trinity Scientific can provide.
Privately I love dancing and playing the piano. Dancing gives me happiness while playing the piano teaches me patience, which is really needed in my current role!
Currently on Mat leave
I studied Chemistry at Manchester Metropolitan University, after graduating I worked at Recipharm for a year before starting at Trinity Scientific as QC Analyst. My work covers all aspects of analytical testing (LC is my favourite) and I really enjoy the variety of work that I get to undertake here. Spending time in the laboratory is where I am at my happiest.
I am interested in progressing to method development and validation work as I really like problem solving.
In my spare time I really enjoy eating at different restaurants with friends. My favourite type of food is Middle Eastern, I just love the different flavours! I also find reading is a great way to relax and I’ve always got a good book or two on the go. My family live in Birmingham so I frequently travel home to spend time with my parents, my brother and my sister.
My work in Trinity involves testing of finished products, stability samples and raw materials. I love working in the lab and on new challenging projects. I always drive to deliver the best possible result.
Previously, I have worked as a chemist in various settings including industry, contract laboratories and Universities. I joined Trinity to bring all my experience and develop my skills as an analytical chemist in pharma industry.
Outside of work, I relax by practising yoga, cooking and watching Netflix!
I work as a QC analyst here at Trinity and am trained in a variety of techniques from GC to physical tests such as pH. This variety ensures that I am able to complete a range of tests for our customers.
My background is QC, having worked in a number of roles prior to starting with Trinity. Within these roles I have analysed a range of samples including raw materials and finished products, have performed stability testing and method transfers.
Away from work I like to spend time with my family, this helps me unwind at the end of a long day.
I am currently working as an apprentice at Trinity Scientific as Lab Tec studying BTEC Level 3 Diploma in applied science and NVQ as well. I will be able to become a QC analyst after I finished my apprenticeship.
I have worked temporarily before in a pharmacy for experience where I discovered that I would like to work in healthcare or the pharmaceutical sector. An apprenticeship was the best opportunity to work and learn and be able to gain experience.
For many years I have enjoyed games, animation and interactive media. I still draw and paint in my free time, because of liking of anime and videogames. I also enjoy cooking and I’m trying to learn German as I like to travel to Switzerland a lot.
I’ve worked for Trinity Scientific since 2014, coming to the company with no industry experience, with the keen excitement to learn I have been able to build up knowledge using many different techniques within the lab as well as in the office. Admittedly, I enjoy spending most of my time at Trinity within the lab testing the different products we cater for, more so using the GC as my favourite type of analysis.
My work includes all routine testing including stability, raw materials, finished products, and generics. When not in the lab there is always much needed paperwork within the office to complete/update.
I have been away on Maternity leave with the important job of having my baby girl, therefore when not at work my time is spent enjoying moments of happiness with my daughter, and watching a cheeky bit of TV.
My qualification is in Biomedical Sciences with Analytical Chemistry being a significant module. This provided me with options to explore both the Biomedical as well as the Chemistry industry. After gaining some experience in the pharmaceutical field, I decided to work on my career here. I joined Trinity from Bristol Laboratories, where I worked primarily as a Raw Materials Analyst.
My pastime activities range from woodworking to painting and cooking. With only so many hours in the day I often wonder if I have too many interests to keep up with!
